Author Note
This is a short story that takes place in my Harem Project world as we take a peek into the House of Savage. I know we’ve seen little glimpses here and there of the four men of Savage. And at the end of House of Aves, we saw that Koa is a Little and Calix is his Daddy.
For those who are unfamiliar with the Daddy/little boy dynamic (which can also be Daddy/Mommy and Little Boy/Girl), I’m going to give you a brief explanation so that you aren’t confused by some moments within this story since we won’t get fully into learning about their relationship until their book later within this series.
Being a Little (be it Little Boy or Little Girl) or to be in little space is when an adult identifies they feel more naturally youthful than their peers. The choice to roleplay out the personality trait may be in reflection of childhood activities, hobbies, responses, or desires. Sometimes, adults do this to shake off the stress of the day or when they become too overwhelmed within a situation – regressing into little space.
Being in little space may involve another adult romantic partner who assumes a parental role during their Little’s roleplay, allowing their Little to fully express their childish interests, known as their Caregiver, oftentimes with a title such as Daddy or Mommy. While in little space, the individual is usually referred to as a Little, or Middle, depending on their play and how it reflects their age range. Being a Little fluctuates as a mood, such as the person having interests, responses, and preferences similar to that of children than adults.
A key thing to remember is that all people interacting and involved in the more intimate, adult scenes is that they are all of legal chronological, consenting age. A Little is a fully functional adult and does not replicate fully or exactly any particular adolescent age.
Littles may allow physically intimate interactions from their Caregivers while engaging in little space. When this occurs, the Little may take a submissive role, allowing their Caregiver to lead the scene through guidance, direction, and primary action. The Little may incorporate items such as pacifiers, stuffed animals, coloring books, etc. for security and comfort. Playful ‘punishment’ spankings with toys such as adult paddles may be used along with other restraints often identified within the BDSM lifestyle. BDSM is not necessarily a core component of these intimate interactions or couples, and they may or may not identify with the community.
Regression into little space in and of itself is not a kink or an adult interest. And the relationship between a Caregiver and a Little is not classified as BDSM. It is a mindset, not a sexuality.
In my Harem Project world specifically, Koa and Calix do not often partake in BDSM situations, however, as you will see in the following pages, their Daddy/Little relationship is an intimate one. Koa regresses into little space to seek a place where he can relinquish the demands and responsibilities of his stressful adult life. Daddy Calix offers him safety and happiness. And whatever else his good boy needs, wants, or demands.
Koa’s Christmas Gift
Calix
I wake up to the soft murmuring and humming of my Little Boy. I cannot stop the smile that creeps across my face. He wasn’t Little when we fell asleep. Oh, no. Not at all. He was my Big Boy doing all the things Big Boys do. The sounds that came out of his mouth. How he sprayed my chest and then rubbed it in.
It took a lot not to lick my lips at the memory. Especially since we’d not taken the time to properly clean up before falling asleep last night. We wiped with a discarded shirt but that wasn’t a proper cleaning.
However, waking up to Koa Small was something that warmed my heart. The sheer amount of trust he had in me to let himself go like that was something that I’ll never take for granted.
A Small Koa hovered somewhere around five. Particularly when he was well within his comfort. When we were home and alone. More and more he remained Small with Bryn and Javan around but sometimes he hesitated. Afraid of what they think even though they’ve never said anything judgmental or condescending.
But it was past experience that told him eventually, everyone gets tired of a Little. And so, despite our reassurances, Koa still had moments of uncertainty.
“Hi, Daddy,” Koa said, pulling me from my thoughts. How he always knew when I was awake astounded me. I hadn’t even twitched. At least, I didn’t think so.
Cracking my eyes open, I found a gorgeous face looking up at me from where he lay twisted in the blankets. His broad chest covered in ink and metal. The way it moved up his neck and into his hairline.
But his eyes. Those light eyes were very clearly not Big Koa. He looked at me shy and happy at the same time. His hands twisted in the blankets as he waited for me to respond. Before I could, he took his bottom lip between his teeth, his cheeks heating.
“Did I wake you, Daddy?”
I reached out and tousled his hair. “No, Baby. You’ve been a very good boy this morning letting Daddy sleep.”
His smile was radiant. “I’m a good boy.”
“Yes, you are.”
His shoulders raised as he grinned.
“How about we lounge a little longer, hm? Want to watch cartoons?”
Koa’s eyes widened as he nodded excitedly. “Scooby Doo. Can we watch Scooby Doo?” He was already up on his knees, leaning over me.
“Of course. Get the remote.”
He crawled across the bed, getting tangled further in the blankets and falling on his face. He giggled, rolled, and shimmied free enough to stretch and reach the remote. With it in hand, he shifted on his rump to navigate the television. It wasn’t long before he had Scooby Doo streaming on the flat screen over the fireplace.
He tossed the remote on the bed and I knew we’d be searching for it later. But that’s fine. I watched as he came back towards me and paused with the title sequence filling the room. With a shy smile, he asked, “Can I suck, Daddy?”
I raised my hand, inviting him to me. He smiled, dropping down next to me and resting his head on my lower stomach, shoving the blankets away. With my half hard cock in his hand, he brought it to his mouth and closed his lips around.
Koa was learning how to self-soothe. Usually, his method of choice was using my cock in place of a pacifier. It had taken me a very long time to push every inappropriate thought aside. Especially when he absently played with my balls while zoning out on whatever he was doing otherwise. Typically, it was cartoons.
I spent a lot of time trying to teach Small Koa how to let go of his stress. Kids feel stress often, even if they don’t understand why. And an adult who reverts into a Little carries a lot of his stress with him only he doesn’t quite understand why he’s fidgety and agitated.
Part of the reason some people find themselves drawn to Little Space was because the everyday stress of being an adult was too much. This was their mechanism for coping. For dealing with their daily anxiety and tension.
But all Littles have ways of self-soothing. A lot of them enjoy the rhythmic comforting motion of sucking on something. Thumbs, pacifiers, a certain toy.
Koa’s first choice was my cock.
As I brushed my fingers into his hair, gently massaging his scalp, I let my mind wander. Ignoring the way my body remained humming. He settled into a gentle suckle and when he wasn’t doing so, he kept my cock in his mouth with his teeth loosely positioned right under my cockhead. Always, his fingers toyed with my balls.
But as we made it through a second episode of Scooby Doo, his giggles filling the air every so often, the tension in his shoulders melted away. He relaxed completely, even sighing contentedly from time to time.
My door opened and Koa released my dick with a pop. He stretched his body so he could see who was there as I turned my head.
Javan smiled, making my heart flutter. “Merry Christmas.”
“Merry Christmas!” Koa exclaimed, sitting up further. His eyes darted to the television before looking at Javan again.
“Are you going to stay in bed all day or see what Santa brought you?” Javan asked.
Koa’s face lit up. He looked at me with bright eyes and barely concealed excitement. Okay, it wasn’t concealed at all. I touched his face, cupping his cheek because I just couldn’t help myself.
“Can we see, Daddy?”
“Shower and jammies. Breakfast first. Then we’ll see what Santa brought.”
“Okay.” He scrambled over me, landing on the floor with an audible slap of his bare feet, and rushed to the door. He ducked under Javan’s arm, giving him a beaming smile, and raced down the hall.
Javan watched him go before coming into the room, shutting the door gently behind him. He crawled on top of me and I sighed as he pressed his lips to mine.
“Mmm,” he said into my mouth, licking my lips. “Morning, love.”
I wrapped my arms around him, running my hands along his spine. He rocked his hips against mine, making me groan.
“Morning,” I grunted.
Javan chuckled.
“Where’s Bryn?”
Now he sighed, his smile fading. “Attending breakfast.”
Koa had been with us for a short time. Three years. Before that, it was Javan, Bryn, and I for a decade. And we did everything together. It was a big change when we agreed to Koa joining our harem. Not just because Koa was a Little but because Koa only wanted one Daddy. Me.
Which was fine as far as Javan and Bryn were concerned. It didn’t bother them at all. They were still here. Still part of the family. Still taking care of Koa with me but in a slightly different capacity. There was no physical aspect to their relationships though, outside of the occasional cuddle.
What bothered Javan and Bryn was how much time I spent with Koa. Because now that Koa trusted us, he was Little a lot. And that meant I was with him a lot.
That also meant that my time with Javan and Bryn was cut drastically. Although they never said anything outright, and certainly never where Koa could hear it, I know that it bothered both of them. Javan curbed that feeling a lot. Bryn… less so.
Javan reached up, tangling his fingers in my hair as he continued to kiss me slowly. Sensually. Bringing my blood to a slow simmer and keeping it there. Making my dick hard as he kept a very leisurely rock against my hips.
And then his mouth left mine. “Get up. I happen to know that it’s an ever-lasting trauma when you see your parents fucking. Can’t let Koa see that.”
I laughed as Javan kissed my cheek and stood. Sighing, I sat up too, pressing my palm to my raging dick. That was just mean. I watched Javan strut out of my room, his tight ass hugged beautifully in those bed pants. And a sexy, satisfied smile on his slightly swollen lips.
Fucker.
Even with a quick jacking and wash in the shower, Koa beat me to the kitchen. I think Javan is to blame for that. Koa sat at the bar with his feet swinging as he ate Christmas shaped pancakes, eggs, sausage, and a giant cinnamon roll.
He grinned at me as I passed, ruffling his hair along the way.
You can find anything on the internet these days. Including a reindeer one-piece pajama set for a giant of a man. Including a hood that sported antlers. He was fucking adorable.
Bryn didn’t turn to greet me when I strolled into the kitchen, but he slid a mug of cocoa towards me. Sighing, I moved behind him, pressing my chest to his back.
His hand with the spatula paused as I kissed his neck, setting my hands on his hips.
“Love you,” I murmured.
He rolled his eyes. “Love you too.”
“Thank you for making him shaped pancakes.”
Bryn turned his head, leveling me with a frown. “As if I wouldn’t, fucker.”
“Op!” Koa said. I glanced over my shoulder as he looked at us with wide eyes and his mouth in a perfect o. “That’s a bad word!”
I laughed, turning back to nip at Bryn’s shoulder. He sighed dramatically. “Sorry, Koa.”
Quieter, he glanced at me and said, “You going to make adult time today?” There was tension in his voice. Now that I paid attention, there was tension in his posture too.
Sighing, I wrapped my arms around him and hugged him closer. Bryn closed his eyes, momentarily leaning his head against mine before pulling loose from my hold. Not pushing me away, but making it clear he didn’t want to be cuddled right now. He was irritated.
“Yes,” I promised.
He nodded though I could tell by the way he went back to the food that he didn’t believe me.
Sometimes, I wondered whether our little family was going to work out the way we always hoped it would. Koa joining us answered something deep inside me that neither Javan nor Bryn could. They didn’t want to be Littles. And that was fine. But I craved it in a way that I couldn’t explain to them.
So Koa joining our family felt exactly right to me. It almost fully completed all the missing pieces. Except the one that desperately needed a wife but that was a future issue.
It seemed particularly cruel that while I might have gotten my Little, the time I spent caring for him was driving a wedge in my relationship with Bryn and Javan. One I wasn’t quite sure how to remove.
I would never ask Koa to be Big when he needed to be Small. As his Daddy, I would never do that. But I also couldn’t leave Little Koa to his own devices. It was Daddy’s responsibility to take care of him when he was in that state.
This year alone, he was in Little Space nearly as soon as he walked in the door from work.
I mean, I understood. He was the district manager for a distribution company and he was shouldering two positions in addition to his own. The stress he carried around daily was a lot. So when he walked in the door and immediately needed to let it go, he regressed into Little Space and generally stayed there until bedtime where he fell asleep like that or where he pulled himself out for some equally needed adult time.
That meant my time with Javan and Bryn was… minimal at best.
I kissed Bryn’s neck until he pushed me away before taking a seat next to Koa. Javan smiled and I could see the sadness there. It hurt. But when Koa looked up, that bit of sadness was buried because we don’t show that to Little Koa. Little Koa just gets smiles.
We ate while Koa prattled on about the episodes of Scooby Doo we watched. When breakfast was done, we headed for the living room and even Bryn smiled fondly at the way Koa lit up when he looked at all the presents under the trees.
You’d never know that we didn’t actually have children in this house. Or a wife to spoil. But we overindulged each other. It wasn’t something that only happened during holidays, though. We were all often found bringing home little presents throughout the year. We see something that we think someone will like, and we buy it. That’s just how we go. Thoughtful and shit.
But there were four big stockings and dozens of presents. Koa stared with wide eyes for a solid minute, looking with wonder at everything under the tree.
We went through the paces of indulging Little Koa. The stuff from ‘Santa’ was wrapped in specific, separate wrapping paper, even with different colored bows than the rest. There were name tags with different writing that we agonized over every year to assure it wasn’t easily noticed that one of us wrote it.
Nothing was put out until after Koa was sound asleep. Only then were the presents put under the tree and the stockings filled. We even went so far as to leave crumbs on a plate and just a smidge of milk in a cup to indicate he’d visited.
Koa looked up at me with such enthusiasm I could nearly feel it radiate off him. Everything in me felt warm. Proud. Happy that I could make him so happy.
He hugged me before diving in and handing around stockings. But even with ours in our laps, it mostly went untouched as we watched Koa sit on the floor and pull out each item and look at it like we’d just given him the stars.
“You know,” Javan said, “I really love Christmas like this. Seeing his joy is just…”
Bryn nodded, a small smile lingering on his perfect lips. He met my gaze and held it for a minute. The look was charged but I knew that something in him softened. His smile tipped up slightly as he sighed and returned his attention to Koa.
It was a fifty-fifty change as to whether Koa would remain Little throughout the day. Christmas could go either way. And while we spoiled his Little Side, we also bought Big Koa gifts. Those were set aside for another time.
He enjoyed handing out gifts one at a time and we all watched as that person opened it. Christmas was extended this way and we ended up pausing at lunch to eat a Christmas soup that Javan had put in the slow cooker the night before. With hot chocolate in hand, we returned to finish the presents.
Snuggled up in a new blanket, I watched as my Little built a Lego set. He studied each picture for an extra long time before snapping it together. Around him were boxes of new toys, a few stuffies, clothes, and a blanket. A sled was propped against the wall for tomorrow when we’d head over to the Nash’s and sled down their hill.
Under the tree was a smaller stocking and half a dozen presents left for Big Koa. But I was pretty certain with as content as he was right now, he wasn’t going to be Big today.
Biting my lip, I watched Bryn and Javan through the opening to the kitchen. I’d have to wait until Koa was asleep to make good on my promise to Bryn. And I would. I wouldn’t ever break a promise to one of my husbands.
They moved around each other as if they were extensions. Always knowing where the other was in relation to what they were doing. Which was cooking up a feast. The counter was already filled with covered dishes as if we were hosting a meal for more than just the four of us. Yes, we were all large men and could pack away some food, but this looked a little excessive.
For a while, I just watched them and I knew, I needed to find a way to better balance my time. They were everything to me. All three of these men were my world and I would make this work. I would. Because there was no other option.
Dinner was delicious and we were all stuffed. Somehow, like any Little, Koa was still snacking as we lounged around the living room to watch a Christmas movie. There were boxes and wrapping piled everywhere, left for tomorrow. Right now, we just snuggled in to relax as a family.
Koa lay on the floor with his feet on the mantle. He was always very fidgety as a Little and this was no different. He couldn’t hold still. I didn’t think it was genetically possible for a Little to be still. He rolled his hips, his legs falling. Stacked his feet, one on top of the other. Rolled onto his side and then shifted so that he was on his stomach, hand in his palms, as he kicked his feet slowly behind him.
And when the movie was over, he got to his feet and stretched before turning a sly grin on us. “My turn,” he announced.
I raised a brow. “For what, baby?”
“To give you a present,” he said, grinning. His attention spanned the three of us as he placed his hands on his hips. “Well, get up, sillies. You hafta come with me.”
Javan looked at me but I shrugged. I had no idea what he had up his sleeves.
Our house was three stories though we rarely used the third for anything. It was finished and we always talked about changing the bedroom configuration about when we got a wife and decided to grow our family more. Besides, we might be at four right now but a call could come any day for a wife or even another husband.
I think we were all secretly hoping for a wife though. Sure, we had no issues getting it up with the many dicks about, but still. We were all ready and rearing to go for a pussy. One that belonged to our sweet forever.
Anyway, so…
Oh, right. Following Koa as he climbed the stairs to the third floor with us trailing him. He chatted animatedly about the movie we watched as he led the way down the hall, not at all in a hurry. He was so fucking adorable in his one-piece pajamas. He’d traded in the reindeer for the brand-new set he opened of an elf. He was nearly glowing in his green and white stripes, complete with a flap in the back.
When he got to the door at the far end of the hall, he paused. For a minute, he didn’t move, his head tilted to the side. Then he looked at us over his shoulder with a big grin. “Ready?”
“Ready, baby,” I answered with Bryn and Javan nodding on either side of me.
He wiggled, a giggle escaping his mouth.
“I’m suddenly a little nervous,” Javan said.
Bryn snorted. “For real. There’s no telling what he got up to.”
He peeked at us again, enjoying the wariness in both of their voices as we waited. Bryn wasn’t wrong. Koa was capable of some shenanigans.
Twisting the knob, he pushed the door open and peered in through a crack. He reached in and flicked the light switch, then turned to us with his lower lip between his teeth. “I hope you like it.” His voice was shy and his gaze suddenly a little unsure.
Bryn tugged on his wrist. “We’ll love it.”
Koa nodded. Taking a breath, he shoved the door open and hurried into the room.
All the rooms were typically left empty on the third floor. As I already acknowledged, we don’t use them. They were for a future that hadn’t caught up to us yet.
But this room was not empty. There were blankets strewn about, heaped together in a haphazard yet precise configuration with pillows and cushions. But more than that, there were sheets hanging from the ceiling and star lights crisscrossing everywhere.
There was also wine and beer in an open cooler. I had to wonder when he filled the ice because there was ice. There was also our toy chest sitting in the corner. Er, adult toy chest.
When he turned, I could visibly see him grow from Little to Big until Koa the adult stood in front of us. He gave us a shy smile.
“So, I admit that I didn’t really purchase much here,” he said. “It’s all things I’ve gathered from around the house.” He eyed the toy box for a minute. “Mostly.” With a twinkle in his eyes, he turned to us again.
Taking a breath, he said, “I take up a lot of Calix’s time. I know that. And while I try hard not to, it’s really difficult to stay like this when I get home. It feels like the weight of the fucking company is on my shoulders and all I want to do when I leave is forget it. But that’s not fair to you.”
“Koa-” Javan said, reaching for him.
Koa let Javan take his hand, but he shook his head. “I’m a hog to my Daddy.”
We shared a chuckle as Koa squeezed Javan’s hand and pulled his away.
“So, my gift isn’t really this so much as a weekend. Without me being Little. Just you three up here. I have food on a schedule to be delivered because you know I’ll likely burn down the kitchen if I try to cook, and I’m going to hang out and play games in my room.”
“You don’t have to do that,” Bryn said.
“You really don’t, Koa,” I agreed.
“I know,” Koa said. He moved into me, wrapping me in his arms. Koa was actually a couple inches taller than me. Taller than all of us. So I was looking up slightly when he got this close. He pressed his lips to mine. “I love you, Calix. But I know they love you too. And I can see the tension that grows between you and I don’t want it there. I get that one weekend isn’t going to make it all go away but I hope that we can work on it. As a family.”
“That means you don’t need to leave,” Javan said, placing a hand on his shoulder.
“Mm. I do, actually. I’m really awful about remaining Big when I’m with my Daddy. I think it’s partially because I’m finally just free to be me. It’s still new so I just… want to spend all the time like that. Make up for the time I couldn’t. I would like to say that it might even out a little in the future but I don’t know.”
“It’ll help if your company can put some fucking effort into replacing the people they fired and then straddling you with their jobs,” Bryn said sharply.
I grinned, enjoying Bryn’s irritation on Koa’s behalf.
“Yes, probably,” Koa agreed. He kissed me quickly and pulled away. “In the meantime, I am going to make an effort at not monopolizing Calix. And I’d also like to work on spending time together as a family. The four of us. We don’t do that often unless we’re in a larger group. But for now, that’s going to start with you three, in this room, for the next fifty-four hours. There’s plenty of lube.”
He winked and headed for the door.
“Koa,” I called as he was shutting the door. He popped his head back in. “You sure you’re going to be alright?”
He nodded, a soft smile on his lips. “I’ll be fine. But I’m sleeping in your bed.”
“I love you, baby boy. You’re such a special boy,” I said.
Koa grinned. For just a second, I saw the flash of my Little shine in his eyes. “Thanks, Daddy. Love you too.”
And then he was gone, closing the door securely behind him.
For a second, we all waited. Staring at the door. As if expecting Koa to come back. When a minute went by and he didn’t, Javan said, “I think he was serious.”
I laughed, turning to face them. “He was.” Reaching for both of them, I pulled them close so I could just breathe them in. We tripped into the bedding, laughing on our way down. And while we all knew that we were likely going to go through the toy box thoroughly, right now, there was no hurry.
We lay together, wrapped around each other, and just stared at the lights overhead.
“I didn’t mean for him to feel my stress,” Bryn said. “I feel like a bitch.”
I chuckled, turning my face so I could nip at his chin. “No matter what Space he’s in, he’s not blind or oblivious to anything that happens in the house.”
“It’s not like I thought he did it intentionally,” Bryn said, sniffing.
Javan chuckled. “Stop.” A moment passed before he sighed. “Koa’s right, though. We need this. I forgot what it’s like to just lay with you two.”
Bryn nodded, curling in on me.
For such big, dark monsters, they really liked to snuggle close. Cling like needy children. Which was all fine. Because I wouldn’t have them any other way.
“Merry Christmas,” I said, quietly. “And next year, we’re going to concentrate on getting this family where it should be. The four of us. So no one feels neglected.”
“Good,” Bryn said. “I like that idea.”
“It’s been a pretty fucking great Christmas,” Javan said. “I don’t think I’d change a thing.”
“It’s not over,” I said, bringing my hands down to cup an ass cheek on each of my men. I squeezed, feeling how their cocks instantly hardened against my hips. Hell, mine fattened stupidly fast too. Like we were teenagers all over again. “We have five more hours. A lot can happen in that time.”
“Fuck yeah,” Bryn said, shifting so he was on top of me, covering my mouth with a searing kiss that burned me from the inside.
No one kisses like a monster. No one fucks like one either.
It’s going to be a fucking good night.
