Shipping, Returns, and Digital Download Policy

Please allow 6-8 weeks for orders to process. During busy periods, orders may take longer. Some item quantities deplete rapidly and there may be some delay while waiting for inventory to be restocked.

Shipping costs and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Any typos in your name and/or address/email address are your liability and not the responsibility of Crea Reitan. Any lost mail, including as a result of an incorrect address, is not Crea Reitan’s responsibility and a free replacement will not be sent.

Foreign sales

Digital

Crea Reitan’s store is in US dollars because Crea is located within the US. There will not be separate listings for other countries. When you purchase from her store, it will be charged as US dollars and converted on your card to your own currency. You are responsible for any foreign processing fees that your payment method may impose.

If you have questions on currency conversion rates, it is your responsibility to look that up. Crea Reitan will not answer ‘how much will it cost in [my currency]’ questions. 

Telling our team that ‘it costs more money because I live [here]’ is an inaccurate statement and will not be responded to. Regardless of how much you pay in your currency, Crea Reitan still receives the same dollar amount that’s on her listing. The value of [your currency] in relation to the US dollar isn’t within Crea’s nor her team’s control and those comments will not garner a response.

Physical Item Purchases

Foreign sales have been turned off for all locations outside the US because shipping fluctuates and increases rapidly and the team cannot keep up. 

If you are located within an EU country, you will need to use a third-party forwarding service to complete a purchase. 

If you are anywhere else in the world, please reach out to Crea Reitan via her contact form with which physical product/s you’re interested in and your full address so that she may send you a personalized shipping quote.

Returns

Items are not eligible for return/refunds due to loss or damage. IF Crea Reitan makes an exception, you will be required to return the damaged items at your cost.

Preorders

All preorders are delivered via bookfunnel on release day. The email will arrive from Crea Reitan’s email address and with her name and title of the preordered ebook in the subject line. An additional ‘fulfilled’ email generated from website will follow within twelve hours stating that your order has been shipped. Please note that in this case, ‘shipped’ means it has been delivered electronically via a method that is not the website. It doesn’t not mean something was physically shipped.

If you preordered multiple ebooks with different release dates in the same order, you will not receive the website ‘shipped’ email until the last one is fulfilled. 

It is up to you to access this ebook. Crea Reitan and team will not offer technical support in regards to accessing the download, locating the download, or any other technical questions.

If you cannot find your delivery from bookfunnel, you will need to login to your bookfunnel account (using the same email address you provided in the form upon checkout). You have approximately 30 days from release to access your delivery via bookfunnel. A new link will not be generated after that time.

Any typos in your email address are your liability and not the responsibility of Crea Reitan.

Accessing ebook downloads

The ebook you purchased directly from this website is the same file type as purchased from online retailers. It is the exact same file as the one uploaded into Amazon. These books need to be read via a digital book reader (such as Kindle, Kobo, etc.). You cannot just open the file on your phone or computer. 

Once again, it is the buyer’s responsibility to access and troubleshoot accessing the file. Crea Reitan and team will not serve as technical support.
